All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking with an advance payment. Deposit: 30% of the total reservation price. Remaining 70%: payable at least 42 days before arrival. For reservations made less than 42 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining 70% will be charged in a second payment within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed. If you cancel before paying the balance, or fail to pay the balance at least 42 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded and the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Once the total balance has been paid, the reservation becomes non-refundable in case of cancellation.
