- Children must have adult supervision. Guests are fully responsible for the safety of children accompanying them throughout their stay.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation

- Any parties or gatherings are strictly forbidden

- Pets are not allowed in this property

- Before leaving the accommodation, please ensure that all windows are closed and lights are switched off.

- To avoid damage, it is forbidden to move furniture from one room to another without the prior consent of the owner.

- Please do not tamper with the pool system, if you have any problems, please let us know and we will send a technician.

- Additional guests must be approved before they stay.

- Guests must wash the dishes before leaving the accommodation and dispose of the rubbish.

- In the villa the barbecue (charcoal and grill) must be left clean before leaving the accommodation.

In case of violation of any of these rules, we reserve the right to contact the local authorities and collect your damage deposit.

Exceeding the maximum number of persons allowed in the accommodation may result in the termination of the guests' stay, eviction, forfeiture of the full amount paid for the entire stay and forfeiture of the security deposit.
