Villa Oliva has everything you want and more. The villa is situated near to the Athletic stadium within a 15 minutes' walk to the popular Burriana beach. Burriana beach is a long, sandy beach situated just east of the town centre with many restaurants, bars and shops for your convenience. Not only do you have the beach close by, but you are only a 15-20 minutes' walk from the old town and the famous “Balcón de Europa”.
The villa itself has been decorated and fully furnished to a high standard.
The separate kitchen provides all the essentials that might be needed during your stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle, Italian coffee machine and washing machine.
The dining / living room offers you a large dining table and chairs, a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and free WIFI (available throughout the villa).
The villa has 3 bedrooms: The master bedroom is situated on the 1st floor and it offers you a double bed and a private balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The second bedroom is also situated on the first floor and has two single beds. The third bed rooms is on the ground floor and it has a double bed.
There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower.
You will find air conditioning in all of the bedrooms as well as in the dining / living room.
From the dining / living room you have access to the beautiful terrace, barbecue area and private swimming pool. The spacious terrace is one of the highlights of the villa and offers splendid views on the mountains and Nerja. The private pool will let you enjoy a relaxing bath at any time of the day. Table, chairs, parasol and sun beds are all provided. The large terrace, the table and the chairs make the place an obvious venue where you can spend cosy hours with your family and friends.
There is place for one car in the yard.
The nearest supermarket is a 3-minute walk away. Malaga Airport is less than a one hour drive away.

Please note that access to the house is only possible via a small flight of stairs.

The nearest supermarket is 250 metres away, foot distance. Playa de Burriana is a long sandy beach located to the east of the town centre, with its promenade and many restaurants, bars and shops. Not only is the beach close by, but the villa is only a 15-20 minute walk from the old town and the famous "Balcon de Europa".
A rental car can give you the flexibility you need during your holiday. If you are staying in Nerja, it is not absolutely necessary to rent a car. Nerja is a wonderful place to explore on foot. However, if you are planning trips to the surrounding area, a rental car is a good option.
