Check-in:
Check-in is available from 4 pm. Depending on the availability an early check-in might be possible. Please contact us if you are interested in an early check-in.
Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance either way.
All guests (over 16 years of age) must show their ID card to check in.
Check-out:
Check-out is at 10am. Late check out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge (depending on the check-out time). Please contact us before your departure day to request late check-out.
Booking conditions:
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by an advance payment.
Down payment: of 30% of the total price
Outstanding 70%: payable at least 42 days prior arrival
If you cancel before paying the balance, or do not pay the balance at least 42 days prior your arrival, the booking deposit is not refunded, and the booking is cancelled automatically.
Once you pay the full balance the reservation is not refundable if you cancel it.
A damage deposit is requested from guests:
Deposit of: 200 €.
Security deposit requested by: Bank transfer, up to 14 days prior to arrival
Return of security deposit by: Bank transfer, up to 7 days after departure
- Children must have adult supervision. Guests are fully responsible for the safety of children accompanying them throughout their stay.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation
- Any parties or gatherings are strictly forbidden
- Pets are not allowed in this property
- Before leaving the accommodation, please ensure that all windows are closed and lights are switched off.
- To avoid damage, it is forbidden to move furniture from one room to another without the prior consent of the owner.
- Please do not tamper with the pool system, if you have any problems, please let us know and we will send a technician.
- Additional guests must be approved before they stay.
- Guests must wash the dishes before leaving the accommodation and dispose of the rubbish.
- In the villa the barbecue (charcoal and grill) must be left clean before leaving the accommodation.
In case of violation of any of these rules, we reserve the right to contact the local authorities and collect your damage deposit.
Exceeding the maximum number of persons allowed in the accommodation may result in the termination of the guests' stay, eviction, forfeiture of the full amount paid for the entire stay and forfeiture of the security deposit.
